Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your Fable Paws purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict hygiene criteria:

  • Unused & Unwashed: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • No Pet Hair/Odor: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used by pets, chewed, or have pet hair/odor on them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our furry customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, chewed, or soiled by pets.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale".

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at fablepaws@proton.me to initiate a return. Please include your order number and photos of the item condition.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address.
  3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at fablepaws@proton.me with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund.
